This website is for your personal and non-commercial use. As a condition to your use of the website, you warrant to Ahora Foundation that you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these General Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy

You explicitly consent to the collection, hosting, use, disclosure and other processing or handling of information as described in the Ahora Foundation Privacy Policy located at http://www.ahorafoundation.org/ as such policy may be amended by ChildFund India in its sole discretion from time to time.

Refund Policy

  1. Ahora Foundation is offering non-tangible products and it is the responsibility of the customers to fully understand where they are making donations and how the money will be used.

  2. Customers cannot request refunds if they change their mind after making a donation. Customers are allowed to ask us detailed information on how the money is going to be used, and these clarifications should be made before making any donations.

  3. Ahora Foundation will issue refunds only under the following condition:

    • Unauthorized payment made from a third party account without the knowledge of the account holder.

    • If a customer duplicates a payment in error.

    • If a customer does not receive any response to his request or complaint from us within 7 days after the request or complaint has been launched.
